FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Is the photo booth chemical/film or digital/printer?

Our photo booth is 100% digital which means, you’ll be able to view it on the LCD screen instantly, and you pictures will be ready as soon as you leave the photo booth.  We also provide backup digital images on DVD and post the digital files on our password protected gallery.

How far will you travel?

We travel to most parts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island provided that your event is within an hour drive from Boston.  If your event is more than an hour drive, there could be an extra fee to accomodate your location, just ask up if you are not sure.

How big is your photo booth?

Our photo booth is 5 feet x 8 feet x 7 feet.  We assemble on-site and we can do stairs and elevators with no problem.  Our large booth makes it so much fun since you can fit lots of people in for those fun group photos.

Does your photo booth print the photos immediately?

Absolutely.  We use some of the best lab quality printers on the market and they should be ready by the time you walk out of the photo booth and they are dry to the touch.

How to I reserve my date?

Just call us directly at 781-333-8441 to reserve your photo booth date or just use our booking form right on our website.  Once we receive your booking information, we will get in touch with you to discuss details and we also require a $300 deposit to reserved your date.

Do I have to pay extra for setup time and taking down the photo booth?

Absolutely not!  We will arrive an hour early to setup the photo booth and setup time is free.

Will an attendant be on-site during the event?

Yes, there will be at least 1 or 2 attendants there to make sure everything is working smoothly, there is plenty of paper in the printers and to answer any questions you or your guest might have.

What type of style are your photos?

We provide either the 2×6 common strips or the 4×6 photos.  Youc an have either 3 or 4 photos on each strip of photo.  We also have a space at the bottom or top of the photos for a custom message and / or logo.

What color is the photo strips?

You decided what color photos you want when you go inside the photo booth.  There will be 2 buttons, 1 for color and one for black and white. Just hit the button smile, and strike a pose.

I’m concerned about the appearance of some of the photo booths I’ve seen.

We are concerned as well with some of the other photo booths we’ve seen.  Some are just makeshift pipes and drapes with a curtain.  Our photo booth was professional designed to look attractive in any setting and our booths are very strong. 

What is the memory book / scrapbook?

The scrapbook / memory book option is a great keepsake item you can add on as an option to your rental.  We assemble the scrapbook on-site and you guest can post a copy of their pictures on the book and write a custom message under their pictures.  They are a lot of fun to look at after the event to remember the evening.
